Police are appealing for witnesses after a pensioner was hit by a reversing car in Leeds and left with life-threatening injuries.
The collision happened on Shaw Lane at the junction with Grove Lane in Headingley at around 2.30pm yesterday (Friday).
A blue Volkswagen Passat was reversing when it hit the woman, who is in her eighties.
She suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision and is currently in hospital in a serious condition.
West Yorkshire Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, including those with any dashcam footage.
