A pensioner has been arrested after gardai found €1.5 million worth of cannabis in a vehicle in Co Dublin.
The 66-year-old man was detained after officers searched a vehicle in west Dublin on Tuesday afternoon.
Gardai from the National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau discovered the drugs and arrested the man at the scene.
He is currently being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Lucan Garda Station.
