Police investigating an alleged flashing incident in Aberdeen have reported an 84-year-old man to the Procurator Fiscal.
A probe was launched after a woman claimed to have been targeted while jogging along the Old Deeside railway line between Bieldside and Cults on May 21.
The shocked runner noticed a man who appeared to be exposing himself and contacted the police leading to an appeal for witnesses.
Police Scotland have now confirmed that a pensioner has been reported for the alleged indecent exposure.
