Voters of Penistone and Stocksbridge have been at the polls to elect their MP in the 2019 General Election.
And now the waiting is over.
The seat of Penistone and Stocksbridge has a new Member of Parliament.
Before this year's election, the sitting MP was Labour's Angela Smith.
Polls closed across the UK at 10pm on December 12, and a count has been underway ever since.
The 2019 results are below:
New MP is Conservative Mirian Cates.
Breakdown:
Conservative: Miriam Cates - 23,688
Labour: Francyne Johnson - 16,478
Liberal Democrat: Hannah Kitching - 5,054
The Brexit Party: John Booker - 4,300
