New Japanese animation movie opens soon
Penguin Highway is a new animated movie adapted from the 2010 Japanese fantasy novel by Tomihiko Morimi. A primary school student Aoyama (voiced by Kana Kita) has a habit of writing everything he finds and questions in his notebook. But the boy has a secret. He has a crush on a young woman called Onee-san who works at a dental clinic.
One day, Aoyama experiences an extraordinary event. Lots of penguins appear in his town which is far from the sea. Another surprise is whenever Onee-san thows a can of soft drink, the can becomes a penguin.
