Penge stabbing: Teenage boy, 14, rushed to hospital after being knifed in 'fight' in south-east London

A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in a “fight” in south-east London.

Police and paramedics were scrambled to the scene in Croydon Road, Penge, on Wednesday evening.

The teenager, 14, was found suffering a stab wound to his arm and was rushed to hospital.

His condition was not believed to be life-threatening, Scotland Yard said.

Police said they were called to reports of youths fighting at Croydon Road’s junction with Weighton Road.

They were appealing for witnesses.
