By now you may know that the first episode of the Sex and the City spinoff or reboot or whatever you want to call And Just Like That … had a twist of epic proportions: Mr. Big — Carrie’s husband — has a heart attack after a Peloton ride. It was shocking and devastating and not the best of press for Peloton.
So the company took a page out of the Ryan Reynolds playbook after the actor took the actress from the much-mocked holiday commercial for the exercise bike and put her in a commercial for his gin.
Peloton put Chris Noth — Mr. Big himself — in a new ad with instructor Jess King narrated by … Ryan Reynolds!
