Pelicans vs. Raptors: How to watch, TV channel, start time (Dec. 23)

The New Orleans Pelicans open their regular season in Florida against the Toronto Raptors, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions in Canada, the Raptors will play their home games in Tampa Bay this season. New Orleans will open against Toronto for the second straight year.

The new-look Pelicans head coach Stan Van Gundy had a shortened preseason slate of games, playing twice in a one-week span. However, Lonzo Ball has been one of the standouts in that shortened preseason, both in games and in practice.

Here’s when you should tune in to see the game:

  • Date: Wednesday, Dec. 23
  • Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
  • TV Channel: Fox Sports New Orleans

Probable starting lineups

New Orleans Pelicans

  • Guard- Lonzo Ball
  • Guard – Eric Bledsoe
  • Forward – Brandon Ingram
  • Forward – Zion Williamson
  • Center – Steven Adams

Toronto Raptors

  • Guard – Kyle Lowry
  • Guard – Fred VanVleet
  • Forward – OG Anunoby
  • Forward – Pascal Siakam
  • Center – Aron Baynes
