8. Grizzlies (33-37) – Memphis’ win over Oklahoma City almost certainly sealed them a spot in the play-in tournament at the very least.
9. Trail Blazers 1.0 GB – Not in action Friday.
10. Spurs 2.0 GB – By downing the Jazz on Friday, the Spurs have kept pace as best as possible with the Blazers. Sunday’s game against the Pelicans will be a de facto eliminator.
11. Pelicans 2.5 GB – The Pelicans are only barely alive but would require a LOT of losing from the Blazers to end the bubble.

Games to watch and rooting interests
Portland vs. LA Clippers – If the Pelicans are going to have any shot at a play-in game, the Blazers need to start losing and start losing fast.
Phoenix vs. Miami – The Suns are doing everything they can to make the race interesting. Not playing any other teams also vying for the eighth seed could be their downfall. Any loss at this point likely derails their bid, which Pelicans fans should be rooting for.
