Pelicans Player Grades: Evaluating a frustrating month of February

The Pelicans saw arguably their highest high and their lowest low of the season in the month of February. In 14 games, New Orleans went 7-7 overall, dropping five of six games at its low point and setting a franchise record for largest comeback win over Boston as a high point.

In that span, the team has built up the best offense in the league by net rating, yet still ranks just ninth in net rating as their defense remains behind the 8-ball.

Zion Williamson earned his first All-Star bid as he dominated offensively in the month. Lonzo Ball put together arguably the best month of his season as well.

Taking all that into account, here’s player grades for the Pelicans for February.
