Two people were taken to hospital after a crash in Maid Marian Way.
Police were called to reports of a collision between a car and two pedestrians just after 10.45pm on Wednesday, October 30.
Maid Marian Way was closed towards the city centre, from the junction with Castle Gate to the junction with Collin Street following the incident.
Officers remained at the scene and diversions was put in place on Wednesday evening.
The road has now been reopened.
A spokesman for the police said the pedestrians, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital and the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
