Peaky Blinders pop-up at historic Notts hotel to include underground speakeasy bar

TV's sharpest gangsters are now back in our living rooms with the return of hit BBC One drama Peaky Blinders - and to celebrate, one historic Notts hotel is hosting a themed pop-up complete with bespoke underground speakeasy bar.

Ye Olde Bell, in Barnby Moor, is turning totally 1920s with an evening dedicated to the antics and aesthetic of the Shelby Family, their henchmen and their ladies.

Taking place on Friday (September 20) from 7pm, the Peaky Blinders night will include bootleg cocktails and sultry singers performing tunes from the era.

The hotel itself, located on the borders of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, will be given a ‘Peaky’ makeover and guests are encouraged to step back in time with the and don their best gangster and moll outfits.

Tickets are priced at £55 per person and includes a two course meal as well as entertainment.

And for those who want to stay past last orders (of the Peaky Blinders) there is a 'Charleston & Stay' which for £105 includes an overnight stay and full English breakfast.

To book visit yeoldebell-hotel.co.uk or call 01777 705121.
