An actor who once appeared in Peaky Blinders died alone at his home after being discharged from hospital the same day.
Toby Kirkup, 48, went to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on August 29 last year suffering from chest pains and a tingling sensation in his arms - an inquest at Bradford Coroner's Court heard.
The Coroner's officer, Catherine Toner, told assistant coroner, Katy Dickinson, he had drug and alcohol issues - as Yorkshire Live reports.

He was discharged from the hospital having been diagnosed with gastritis, but his condition worsened before he suffered a cardiac arrest.
Although a post mortem established his death was as the result of natural causes his family had concerns about his treatment and so an inquest is being held.
Ms Dickinson adjourned the hearing until September 30.
Mr Kirkup appeared as a police sergeant in the BBC hit show Peaky Blinders and he also appeared in ITV's soap opera Emmerdale.
He was a graduate of the University of Huddersfield and enjoyed a varied career as a writer and stagehand as well as a TV presenter with film crews both in the UK and in Europe.
Tributes paid to him following his death described Toby as "always pleasant, polite and friendly" and "always lovely to speak to."
