A video posted by Canberra Metro Operations of a snake slithering across Canberra's tram lines was quickly racking up the views on Friday afternoon.
The snake was spotted at the light rail's EPIC stop and Canberra Metro posted a video to its Facebook page.
"After a few minutes this guy realised he forgot his MyWay card and left the area," the post read.
"Please be aware when travelling around the light rail, that snakes may be around. If you do see a snake please stay clear, for more info see: tiny.cc/SnakeACT."
The team at Canberra Metro also had this hilarious reminder: "Animals are allowed on board the Light Rail, but must be accompanied by a human and be able to be carried in a bag or carrier".
Take note, Mr Snake.
