A pavement parking row has erupted between a Liverpool councillor and a city centre dessert parlour business.
The issue of cars parking fully on the pavement - obstructing pedestrians - has been a reoccurring one in the location outside the Heavenly Desserts parlour on The Strand.
Issues of vehicles parking illegally outside the premises have regularly been highlighted.

City Centre Councillor Nick Small has flagged up the issue on a number of occasions.
Cllr Small took to twitter again yesterday to highlight a car parked illegally in the area.
Posting the images, he said: "More antisocial parking from Heavenly Desserts customers. Three cars there now."
He then tagged in the company and asked, 'What are you doing about it?'
In another recent exchange, the national dessert parlour chain responded to Cllr Small's complaints about the parking issues outside the Liverpool store.
The Heavenly Desserts account said: "Oh Nick, it's sad that you hate cake. We're sorry we continue to annoy you, but we can't police parking and serve delicious results."
Cllr Small then included a few puns in his response, stating: "Be better neighbours. That would be the icing on the cake. Your lack of any responsibility really does take the biscuit."
The Dessert Parlour responded to say: "Leave the dessert puns to us Nick."
Speaking to the ECHO, Cllr Small said: ""This is one of the worst parts of the city centre for anti-social illegal parking.
"I've asked the council and the police for more resources to enforce here, but businesses like Heavenly Desserts need to be doing more."
Last summer, the ECHO published footage of a large line of vehicles parked on the pavement outside the business, with music blaring in what appeared to be some form of organised meet-up.
