Paulo Dybala's agent responds to Premier League transfer links amid Juventus exit rumours

Paulo Dybala will not be quitting Juventus for the Premier League this summer according to his agent.

The Argentine has been linked with the exit door in Turin as the Bianconeri look to bring in fresh blood following their Champions League exit.

Maurizio Sarri has been axed after just one year in charge and replaced by club legend Andrea Pirlo.

There were suggestions Dybala, who has been linked with the English top flight before, and Cristiano Ronaldo could be moved on.

But the 26-year-old's agent Jorge Antun insists he will be a Juventus player next season with chief football officer Fabio Paratici claiming that negotiations are at an "advanced" stage.

"I have read the rumours in the newspapers through the last few days and they're completely false," Antun said.

"Paulo Dybala is a Juventus player and happy to be one. We'll work with the club to renew the contract with our usual attitude as always."

Last summer the Argentine was linked with moves to Manchester United and Tottenham.

Issues over image rights curtailed any deal from happening but rumours of a Juventus exit continued.

Dybala went on to make 46 appearances in all competitions for the Italian champions, scoring 17 times.

His efforts also saw him named as Serie A's Player of the Season which makes speculation over his future all the more surprising.

Juventus do have an ageing squad which presents new boss Pirlo with a serious challenge.

The Italians will welcome Brazilian midfielder Arthur from Barcelona after completing a deal that will see Miralem Pjanic go the other way.

Juventus finished one point clear at the top of the table last term having limped to their ninth consecutive league title.

But the likes of Inter Milan, Lazio and Atalanta are all showing signs of improving and could finally end the monopoly.
