Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has highlighted one Everton signing as the best in the Premier League.
But it's not who you might think.
The Blues have signed James Rodriguez, Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure from Real Madrid, Napoli and Watford respectively so far this summer, with the trio all impressing in Everton's opening day victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
However, rather than opt for one of the Blues' actually signings, the Manchester United legend has actually picked Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti as the best signing in the division.
Sharing a picture of the Italian with James Rodriguez on his Instagram Story, Scholes shared his admiration for the Blues boss.
His accompanying caption also ensured there was no doubt to whom he was referring.
"The Premier League's best signing, the one the right!" he wrote, with a blue arrow drawn on, pointing to Ancelotti.

Having managed the likes of Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, the Italian has won the Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and three Champions League titles since since embarking on a management career back in 1995.
After leaving Napoli, he was appointed Everton manager in December 2019 and led the Blues to a 12th-place finish during his first few months in charge at Goodison Park following a tough start to the campaign under former boss Marco Silva.
