Former Leeds United shot stopper Paul Robinson has slammed the Whites for lacking a plan b and doesn't understand Liam Cooper's exclusion at Elland Road. The Whites captain has played just 16 minutes since Javi Gracia arrived at Elland Road, albeit the Scottish international was struggling with an injury when the Spaniard first arrived.
Since returning to fitness, Cooper has had to settle for a place on the bench bar as an unused substitute, bar a late cameo against Arsenal. The Whites have been accused of lacking leaders in their fight against relegation.
But, they'll feel somewhat aggrieved by the manner in which the floodgates opened against the Reds. VAR did not look into Trent Alexander-Arnold's handball in the build-up to Cody Gakpo's Liverpool opener, but that may not have mattered with Jurgen Klopp's side scoring five more goals.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live Football Daily, Robinson said: "It was the performances and the way that they conceded those goals. You look back at the Crystal Palace game, first-half they were in the game, they were excellent and played well.
"Then capitulated in the second-half. They don't have another way of playing. They were 2-1 up here against Nottingham Forest and committing bodies forward and almost conceded chances.
"Liverpool today in the second-half almost seemed to pick them off at will. Leeds came out with a bit of fight in the second-half, they got their goal and you thought - the place erupted, the crowd got behind them - we were in for a real game.
"Once again, Leeds were exposed at the back and Liverpool were excellent going forward. There's a dual story here, we can talk all night about how bad Leeds were but also how good Liverpool were.
"Leeds were poor defensively but going Liverpool going forward, they were excellent. From the back of the Arsenal game, everything just seemed to click tonight for them."
Robinson added: "It was an injustice for Leeds but there's five other goals that were more of an injustice. Let's look at it realistically, Liverpool had a goal disallowed, they had four or five chances later on to increase their lead and Leeds could have lost this by a lot more.
"It was players' performances, the lack of communication there, Liam Cooper hasn't played. I don't know why the manager's leaving him on the bench he clearly doesn't fancy him.
"He changed and took Luke Ayling out of the back four, there doesn't look to be any cohesion, the communication between the back four and the two holding midfielder, there's a lot going wrong for Leeds at the wrong time of the season."
