Paul Pogba 'willing to make sacrifice' after Man United transfer bombshell

Paul Pogba is reportedly willing to take a pay cut to rejoin Juventus from Manchester United.

Pogba's agent Mino Raiola announced on Monday evening that the Frenchman is unhappy at Old Trafford and that his time at the club has effectively come to an end.

He even suggested the World Cup winner could leave in January, name-dropping Juventus as a potential destination for good measure.

Pogba is yet to speak out on the matter despite calls from both Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher to do exactly that.

But reports from Italy claim he is on board with his agent's statement.

According to Calciomercato, Pogba is even willing to take a pay cut to secure a move back to Juventus he is so keen to make the transfer happen.

Pogba currently earns around £290,000 per week at United.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would reportedly welcome getting Pogba off United's wage bill, as the money could be redistributed on a player who actually wants to be at the club.

But like Pogba, Solskjaer is yet to speak out on the update from Raiola.

The super agent rocked United on the eve of their Champions League clash with RB Leipzig on Monday when he announced Pogba's plans to leave.

"I can say that it's over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United," Raiola told Tuttosport.

"Paul is unhappy with Man United as he is no longer able to express himself in the way that he would like and as he is expected to.

"Paul needs a new team, a change of air. He is under contract for the next 18 months and it will expire in the summer of 2022.

"However, I think that the best solution for both Pogba and Man United is that he goes in the next transfer window."
