Paul Pogba 'will hand Manchester United transfer request in tomorrow'

Real Madrid are reportedly eager to include Gareth Bale in a player-plus-cash deal for Paul Pogba.

Zinedine Zidane is keen to offload the 29-year-old Welshman, despite the player's intention to remain at the Bernabeu.

Bale has three years left on his contract at Madrid.

The same report by Marca adds Pogba is expected to hand in a transfer request when he returns to United training on Friday.

United are said to be refusing to enter into negotiations with Madrid over the potential sale of the France midfielder.

Meanwhile, Juventus are reportedly prepared to lodge their own player-plus-cash offer for Pogba.

Italian journalist Nicolo Schira tweeted to say that Juve are willing to part with €70million as well as Paulo Dybala in exchange for the 26-year-old.

Schira adds that United aren’t interested in the offer and are holding out for a €150m cash-only deal.

Leicester are reportedly close to landing Youri Tielemans from Monaco in a club-record £40million deal.

This Mail Online report says Leicester are the only club to firm up their interest in Tielemans, despite interest from United and Tottenham.

Finally, Harry Maguire has reportedly told Leicester he wants to leave after the club rejected United’s opening £70million bid for him.

This report by The Sun says Maguire is keen to play European football as soon as possible - but, worryingly for United fans, it is claimed that he would rather join City.

Leicester will reportedly accept £85million for Maguire.
