Barcelona are reportedly looking to pip Real Madrid to land Paul Pogba from Manchester United .
Pogba is ready to quit United after their failure to secure Champions League football with a move to La Liga seemingly on the cards.
The Frenchman is top of Zinedine Zidane's wishlist as he plots a summer overhaul at the Bernabeu.
But Pogba's wages are believed to be a stumbling block in negotiations with Real, with Pogba demanding over £13m-a-year.
Tuttosport claims Barca are hoping to steal a march on their rivals and are ready to launch a £130m bid - although it remains to be seen if they would meet his demands.
It is suggested the La Liga champions would be willing to let Ivan Rakitic go in order to fund the transfer.
Rakitic, 31, has been linked with Inter and recent reports claimed a deal was close to being agreed.
But the Croatian midfielder snapped back on Instagram and insisted he had no plans to depart anytime soon.
"If you could stop inventing things, I would really appreciate it. I am concentrating on winning the double with Barcelona and being here for many years to come," he posted on Instagram.

Barca are also stepping up their pursuit of Antoine Griezmann, after he confirmed he will leave Atletico Madrid this summer.
