Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has shown off his football skills on his latest Instagram video as he stepped up his fitness ahead of his United return.
Pogba has been holidaying in New York and after documented an intense training session on his Instagram story on Sunday.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he wanted his players to be in peak physical condition on their return to the club after the summer break and the World Cup winner, who this summer has flirted with a move to Real Madrid, showed he had listened to his manager by posting a lengthy training video on his social media page.
The France international posted footage of himself doing weights in the gym before an individual personal training session out on the pitch at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey where he was put through his paces.
After the intense session the United midfielder challenged two of his friends to try and take the ball off him and he even started with his back turned.
One friend was quickly nutmegged and then so was the other in his attempt to win the ball back he fell over in the video which Pogba captioned: "2v1 that’s not fair #football #nutmeg."
Pogba will be back at United's Carrington training base this week ahead of the squad flying out to Australia on Sunday for the first leg of this summer's pre-season tour.
