Paul Pogba's thoughts on return to Man Utd action alongside Bruno Fernandes

Paul Pogba is determined to shine in the Premier League once more - with the help of Bruno Fernandes.

That’s according to former Manchester United ace Louis Saha, who has spoken to the World Cup winner during football’s coronavirus suspension.

Pogba is yet to play alongside the Portuguese playmaker since Fernandes arrived at Old Trafford in January.

The £89million star has been out injured since December, having barely played during the first half of the season either due to other injury issues.

But now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to unleash the pair when the Premier League gets back underway following its coronavirus-enforced suspension.

And according to Saha, Pogba is ready and motivated to prove just how good he really is.

"He's one of the best players in the world,” said ex-United striker Saha.

“He had a tough season plagued by injuries. He came back very motivated, that's what some of the players told me.

"When I talk to him on the phone, he's super motivated.

“So I really want to see, not a new Pogba, but Pogba with support. I don't think he was supported.

“Now he has Bruno Fernandes next to him, who's another leader, another creator."

Saha, speaking to Stats Sports News, added: "I'm really excited about that sharing of the responsibilities. I really want to watch that team.”

United resume their Premier League campaign against Tottenham Hotspur next Friday.

But when Jose Mourinho returns to Old Trafford, they won’t face off against Dele Alli.

The England midfielder was handed a one-match suspension by The FA on Thursday, following a social media post apparently joking about the deadly coronavirus back in February.
