Paul Pogba's Manchester United exit 'scheduled' as 'he tells team-mates he wants to leave'

Paul Pogba has reportedly told his Manchester United team-mates he wants to leave Old Trafford this summer.

The Frenchman has had a troubled relationship with the club since returning from Juventus two years ago and they won't stand in his way if Real Madrid make an offer.

Pogba had a fractured relationship with former boss Jose Mourinho but had appeared to have got better under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But his form has dipped and L'Equipe, via GetFrenchFootballNews, report that the midfielder's exit "appears to be scheduled" for this summer.

Pogba has spoken about his desire to play for Real Madrid and he is believed to be one of Zinedine Zidane's top targets as he rebuilds his squad this summer.

The Madrid manager has a lot of work to do after returning to the club following Santiago Solari's sacking.

In March, Pogba said: “Like I’ve always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone. It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world.

“There is also Zinedine Zidane as a coach and it’s a dream for anybody who likes football.

“For now, I’m at Manchester. We don’t know what the future holds. I’m at Manchester and I’m happy.”
