Paul Pogba loves Andreas Pereira role in Anthony Martial goal for Manchester United vs Burnley

Paul Pogba has dubbed Andreas Pereira the 'tiki taka legend' after the Brazilian's role in Manchester United's opening goal at Burnley on Saturday.

In a subdued first half, United went ahead as Pereira did well to dispossess Burnley's Charlie Taylor on the right touchline before sending a lovely weighted ball into the path of Anthony Martial, who finished cooly.

Pereira might have lost his place had Pogba been selected, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer opted to rest the Frenchman after he came off the bench against both Watford and Newcastle in the last six days.

But Pogba was still following proceedings at Turf Moor as he posted a video of himself reacting to Martial's opener to Instagram.

He put the caption: "Tiki taka legend to Martiaaaaaaaall" and could be heard saying, "What a legend, what a pass, finish!" before celebrating to the camera.

Pogba missed three months with injury before returning against Watford, and Solskjaer explained how his recovery was considered ahead of the New Year's Day fixture with Arsenal.

Speaking to MUTV before the Burnley game, Solskjaer said: "Paul has played in two games now and he's been out for a while, so we didn't feel it was right for him to participate today."
