Paul Merson has questioned how long Kalvin Phillips will stay at Leeds United following Friday night's defeat to West Ham United.
Phillips was part of the Whites team that let a one-goal lead slip against the Hammers at Elland Road.
Mateusz Klich handed Marcelo Bielsa's side the 1-0 lead early on from the penalty spot, but Tomas Soucek headed in an equaliser for David Moyes's men.
It was another goal conceded from a set-piece for Leeds, and West Ham secured maximum points when Angelo Ogbonna scored from another dead-ball delivery.
It's now back-to-back defeats in the Premier League for the Whites, after last weekend's 3-1 loss to Chelsea, with both games seeing Bielsa's side take an early lead.
Former Arsenal midfielder Merson has questioned Bielsa's man-marking system and even brought up the future of Phillips, who has been in fine form this season.
Merson said on Sky Sports News: "I was sitting and watching last night, and I was worrying about Leeds. Everyone is getting used to playing against Leeds. It's like he plays [Said] Benrahma against Leeds, because he needs players that can beat players.
"Whoever can skip past players is gonna play in that team on that given Saturday against Leeds, or Sunday or Monday. They play man-to-man, you get past your marker and you've got a chance.
"If Antonio played yesterday, I think it would've been five or six or seven, I really do. I worry for Leeds now. I love watching them, but this is the problem.
"Every neutral loves watching Leeds play because you know it's gonna be an open game, it's gonna be free-flowing, there's gonna be goals - but that's no good to Leeds.
"I look at Phillips, and I was talking upstairs earlier with the lads: you look at Phillips and wonder how long is he gonna stay at Leeds for?
"You can't be playing man v man against players like Benrahma. Last week against Chelsea was the first time they really got found out and really embarrassed. It was chalk and cheese.
"Kante was just getting the ball and gliding past his marker and that was it - it was free-for-all. If Chelsea put all their chances away last week, it could've been really bad.
"I'm starting to worry for Leeds. I love watching them, but I'm starting to worry for them."
Phillips's sublime 2019/20 season, followed by his great start to the current campaign, earned him his debut England call-up.
The 25-year-old now has four Three Lions caps to his name and is in contention for next summer's European Championship squad.
