Paul Manafort’s Virginia sentencing date set for March 8

President Trump’s former presidential campaign chairman Paul Manafort will be sentenced for bank and tax fraud on March 8, according to a Virginia court document filed Thursday.

What’s next: Prosecutors for special counsel Robert Mueller recommended Manafort serve 19 to 24 years in prison for the crimes. Manafort also faces federal court sentencing in Washington, D.C., on March 13.
