Paul Hollywood’s ex-wife is still getting a slice of his dough.
The Great British Bake Off favourite separated from Alexandra Hollywood in 2017, and the pair divorced last year.
But she is still listed as director of one of his firms – Paul Hollywood Ltd – and is said to be getting a share of his millions.
Sources say the 54-year-old could be pocketing a five-figure amount each year.
Master baker Paul, also 54, is estimated to be worth around £10million.
Latest records for Paul Hollywood Ltd show it has investments of £2.5million. Accounts state the firm paid more than £255,000 in corporation tax last year.
So with costs and expenses deducted, it raked in more than £2million in 2019.
Although the books don’t reveal the level of dividend made on the profits to Paul and Alexandra, an accountant says: “You would be talking a five-figure dividend for both parties on which they’ll also be liable for separate income tax payments.”
Alexandra was key to Paul’s meteoric rise after the pair met at a hotel in Cyprus in 1996. They went on to have son Josh, 18.
Recently she claimed she hasn’t been given enough credit for the work she put in during the couple’s 20-year marriage.
In an Instagram chat, she likened herself to a “stage hand pulling the strings”.
Paul now lives with his new pub landlady girlfriend, Melissa Spalding, 36. They have been self-isolating at his Kent farmhouse.
