Paul Hollywood’s ex has declared she is off men after their bitter split.
Summer Monteys-Fullam walked out on the Bake Off star when he asked her to sign a gagging order after two years together.
And the ex-barmaid says the torment of their break-up has put her off dating.
Summer, 24, said: “After everything that’s happened, I don’t want to date anyone.
“I’m enjoying being single – it means I can come out and have a girls’ night with my best friend.
“I’m focusing on my career now, rather than dating.”
Summer had thought Paul, 53, was set to propose after finalising his divorce from wife Alex.
Despite the emotional impact of the split, Summer insists there is no bad blood between the pair.
She said: “I’d like us to stay friends. I’m a happy person – I’m never going to be horrible to anyone.”
Summer made her first red carpet appearance last week at London’s Piccadilly Theatre, for the opening of high-energy dance show Heartbeat of Home.
She says being suddenly in the public eye is “fine”, but she may not want to stay there.
Talking of offers for TV deals, she said: “I’m trying to set all my ducks in a row first.
“There’s talk about me doing I’m A Celebrity. You never know. I don’t know if I want to stay in the public eye.”
Until then she hopes her regular Instagram posts will help her image. She said: “I’m hoping the public start to know the real me. Social media is a powerful place.”
