Paul Hollywood's ex-girlfriend has threatened to sue the Great British Bake Off star as bitter break-up rages on.
Summer Monteys-Fullam, 24, split from the Paul, 53, after she refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
The pair have since gone back and forth in a battle of words, each taking to their respective social media pages to have their say.
Summer responded to reports with a scathing Instagram post claiming she was 'pressurised' to sign the document despite not knowing the full implications of it.
Paul then first addressed the break-up earlier this week by saying he had "never understood anyone who makes money selling stories and courting the paps".
But on Saturday, Summer used the social media platform to respond again and claims she is suing the Channel 4 star over what she claims are "highly defamatory statements".
She said: "I am very disappointed and distressed by false and highly defamatory statements that Paul has made about me online since our break-up.
"I have had no alternative but to instruct my solicitors Brett Wilson LLP to pursue legal proceedings against Paul in order to obtain vindication.
"I have never courted publicity over my relationship with Paul and I am deeply disappointed that our relationship has ended in this way."
Summer had previously said she felt 'betrayed' when asked to sign the non-disclosure agreement and is believed to have been waiting for a proposal from the TV host when he presented with the legal document.
Paul accused his former partner of 'playing games' and suggested she 'made money from selling stories' about them.
