Paul Gascoigne fights back tears on ITV Good Morning Britain

Former Everton footballer Paul Gascoigne fought back tears during an interview on ITV's Good Morning Britain.

The 51-year-old was speaking to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid about his appearance at the Tottenham legends game earlier this year.

Remembering the day, Gazza choked up, overwhelmed with emotion.

He said: "I trained really hard for that. And the reaction from the fans, a lot of those fans hadn't been born when I was playing, so that standing ovation was amazing."

Gazza was on the breakfast show alongside Vinnie Jones to talk about their new tour, An Audience with Vinnie Jones and Paul Gascoigne.

Vinnie said Gazza was the Eden Hazard of his day and is excited for the up coming tour.
