Paul Cooke is the only nominee put forward for the role of FAI Treasurer.
And two candidates will fight it out for the position of FAI secretary - Gerry McAnaney, a former army man and the ex-FAI financial controller Tony Dignam.
The FAI confirmed the nominations in written correspondence to AGM members today and the elections will take place at the association’s AGM in Trim on July 27.
Cooke has a long association with Irish football from his time on the board of Waterford United. He was formerly the managing director of the Irish Star and Sunday Business Post newspapers.
Eddie Murray and Michael Cody quit as FAI Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary respectively in the wake of the ongoing scandal engulfing the FAI.
