The family of a dad who died in a car crash have spoken about their 'immense loss' following his death.
Paul Hargreaves, 38, was driving a Land Rover down Mosley Common Road, Tyldesley, on December 15.
After clipping a kerb, the vehicle veered into the path of an oncoming lorry. Mr Hargreaves died in the collision.
Paying tribute to the father-of-two, his issued a statement to the Manchester Evening News .
His loved ones wrote: "The loss of Paul to our family is immense. We are heartbroken.
"We loved him with all our hearts. We know he loved his family just as much and adored his children Ella and Ryley and especially cherished this time of year with them ensuring everything was ticked off their wish list.
"We will miss you and love you forever Paul, shine bright."
Mr Hargreaves worked as a fisherman and lived in Ellenbrook - around a mile from the scene of the crash.

Speaking at the opening of Mr Hargreaves' inquest yesterday (December 23), police coroners' officer Benjamin Dobbs said that an investigation is ongoing, but charges are unlikely to be brought against any third party.
Greater Manchester Police previously confirmed a passenger in the Land Rover and the lorry driver also suffered minor injuries.
