Pattaya zoo roared at after poked tiger video goes viral

A still frame from a video posted on Facebook by Edwin Wiek.

A video clip posted on Facebook that shows an attendant at The Million Years Stone Park and Pattaya Crocodile Farm poking and prodding a tiger to elicit roars for photos with tourists has gone viral.

The video was filmed and posted on Facebook by Edwin Wiek, the founder of Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand.  "This tiger gets poked all day, hundreds of times a day so it will roar for the picture with tourists," he wrote in a post that accompanied the video. “Time for a change of laws!”
