Patsy Palmer speaks out after storming off Good Morning Britain

Patsy Palmer has spoken out after she stormed off Good Morning Britain earlier today.

Patsy was due to be interviewed on the show today about her new life in Malibu as a 'wellness expert'.

However as the interview started, Patsy immediately shut it down.

When Patsy saw the tagline "From addict to wellness guru" she took offence and told hosts Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid that she wasn't going to do the interview.

And now Patsy has spoken out on her Instagram stories following the interview.

Patsy said: "I haven't written a book in 20 years so don't believe that either.

"Guess what people!!!! People change and grow and live happy, healthy lives, so stop trying to make people feel small and worthless. Finish it now.

"Thank you for all of your kind words.

"Hopefully you will all start living your best lives from now on.

"Move on, we are supposed to change!!! It's a human condition.

"Can't you see how controlled we all are."

During the show Susanna tried to ask her about her life in Malibu and if she had more privacy over there.

Patsy said: "Yeah it is, you know what I actually don't want to do this interview, because I don't even want to look at what it says at the bottom of that screen, so I'm going to switch off, do a real Piers Morgan and say it's not ok to say addict to wellness guru on the bottom of the screen."

Susanna said: "Well huge apologies for that."

Patsy said: "My addictions that I had years ago that were talked about by me many many years ago and it's over."

Ben said: "I'm so sorry about that Patsy, huge apologies."

Patsy said: "Don't worry about it but I don't really want to talk to you."

Patsy then quit the interview, leaving Susanna and Ben baffled and trying to explain.
