Patryk Klimala in Celtic kit mishap as Polish striker suffers unfortunate gaffe on first start

There can't be many better feelings than making your first start for a new club, especially just a few weeks after moving to a new country.

But it's fair to say Patryk Klimala probably won't be framing the shirt he wore against Clyde this afternoon - because his name was misspelled on the back.

The Polish striker was given his first Celtic start in the Scottish Cup fifth round tie as Neil Lennon rotated his squad against the lower league side.

Klimala has had to be patient since making the move from Jagiellonia Bialystok and on the day he was trusted from the start his jersey bore the name "Kilmala" on the back.

A Poland Under-21 international, the striker signed for Celtic for a fee of around £3.4million in January, having impressed in the Ekstraklasa in the first half of the season.

His signing was announced on social networking site Tik Tok, much to the chagrin of some Hoops fans.
