New England Patriots starting guard Shaq Mason will miss Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns.
It’s unclear how they’ll compensate on the offensive line. Guard Jermaine Eluemunor might replace Mason at right guard. Or the Patriots could slide center Ted Karras to right guard, which would put James Ferentz in at center.
Running back Rex Burkhead will make his return from a foot injury. Safety Patrick Chung missed two of the last three games with foot and heel injuries. And Julian Edelman (chest) is playing despite being limited in every practice for the last four weeks.
