Patriots attempt to replicate the Eagles magic by using Meek Mill for Super Bowl hype video

The New England Patriots are back in the Super Bowl and the favorites to bring home the Lombardi Trophy may have fired a little shot at the Eagles while hyping their fans up.

If you’ve been under a rock for the past two years, then you may have missed the Eagles rally behind Philly rapper Meek Mill, who was incarcerated at the time, using his intro, “Dreams and Nightmares”, to catapult them to a Super Bowl title. Likely hoping to replicate the Eagles success, released this hype video featuring Meek’s “Wins and Losses” as the title music.

For the Patriots, they’ll likely fall back on the relationship New England owner Robert Kraft has with the star rapper. Kraft and Meek have become good friends, and he even visited the rapper in prison, while speaking up on his behalf for parole. Recently, Kraft became a member of Mill’s new criminal justice reform organization, The Reform Alliance, which will seek changes to states’ probation and parole laws across the country.

Meek isn’t taking any sides in the matter, and actually, like and retweeted the video when the Patriots official Twitter account sent out the video.
