The New England Patriots are headed into training camp at the end of July with a roster that seems to be stacked with talent, even if they have significant uncertainty at the quarterback position.
Bill Belichick put his roster under major renovations during the 2021 offseason, with signings at receiver (Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne), tight end (Jonnu Smith, Hunter Henry), edge linebacker (Mathew Judon, Kyle Van Noy) and defensive tackle (Davon Godchaux), among others. And then, of course, Belichick drafted a quarterback in the first round for the first time, with Alabama’s Mac Jones joining the team.
