Patrick Peterson is only Cardinals player with Madden rating of 90+

The player ratings for all NFL players have been released for the new Madden 20 video game and we can see how every Arizona Cardinals player is rated.

While the Cardinals have talented players on their team, the top players in the league get a rating of at least 90. Only one Cardinals player got that. It is cornerback Patrick Peterson.

He has an overall rating of 92.

Three cornerbacks in the league are rated higher than him — San Francisco’s Richard Sherman at 93, New England’s Stephon Gilmore at 94 and Jacksonville’s Jalen Ramsey at 96.

Peterson is arguably the best cornerback in the league and has been to eight Pro Bowls in eight seasons. That streak will end this year because of a six-game suspension he will serve to start the season, making him ineligible for the Pro Bowl.

Considering the season the Cardinals had last year and considering a readjustment in the Madden rating system, 92 is about what one could expect for Peterson.
