Patrick Mahomes is difficult enough to defense when he uses his right hand.

Sunday night in Las Vegas, the Kansas City Chiefs’ superstar quarterback audibled and threw a completion with his left hand.

Watch as Mahomes tosses the ball to Jerick McKinnon, who turns it into a 6-yard gain.
