Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are in Washington today needing a win to improve to .500 on the season… and so far it’s not going well for them at all.
Mahomes had a miserable first half against a bad Washington defense, throwing two interceptions and no touchdowns. He went into the break with a QB rating of 53.2, which isn’t good at all.
His first interception came off a ball that went through Tyreek Hill’s hands inside the 10 yard line. It was a very catchable pass that Hill would normally make without a problem.
Mahomes’ second INT, however, was the ugliest of his career as the tried to make something happen when it wasn’t there and it didn’t work out for him this time:

Yeah, he should have taken the sack there. I have to think his mom would agree with that. She wasn’t happy with the first INT:
