Following the ESPYs, there were more than a few after-parties going on and Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was in attendance for at least one of them. Essentia Water and Uninterrupted hosted an after-party and there was quite the star-studded cast.
Mahomes, of course, has an endorsement deal with Essentia Water. Uninterrupted is an empowerment brand founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter.
Megan Rapinoe, Rich Paul, 2Chainz and James were among those in attendance. James gave an impassioned speech about how he’s more than an athlete and how all of them there have a platform and a voice to create change.
Mahomes and James were spotted together at the after-party and posed for some pictures. The two have met before and appear to be pretty good friends.
It was two of the best in their respective sports spending time together with a ton of mutual admiration for each other.
Perhaps Mahomes spoke to James about how he should come and play tight end for the Chiefs this season. We’ve already laid out the argument for James to join the team. Chiefs Kingdom can always dream about it.
