Mahomes humorously referred to it as “DadBodSZN” in a recent Instagram post where he was seen working out with Chiefs receivers Hollywood Brown and Rashee Rice.
During their gym session, Rice playfully teased Mahomes by wearing a T-shirt featuring a photo of the quarterback shirtless. This light-hearted banter followed a viral NFL video showing Mahomes celebrating his team’s AFC Championship win shirtless, which led to online criticism regarding his appearance.
Some social media users resorted to body-shaming, with derogatory nicknames like “Fatrick Calzones” and “Patty Big Body” being thrown at Mahomes. However, many fans came to his defense, expressing admiration for his physique and highlighting his talent and character.
