Two weeks after a trip to his second straight Super Bowl, Patrick Mahomes officially became a dad.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and fiancée Brittany Matthews welcomed an addition to their family on Sunday, announcing the birth of their baby daughter, Sterling Skye Mahomes.
Mahomes and Matthews announced their engagement back in early September and a few weeks later, they went public with the news that the longtime couple was expecting a child.
In an Instagram post, Mahomes shared a photo of him and Brittany holding Sterling’s hand along with the name “Sterling” spelled out in a necklace. The caption only read, “Sterling Skye Mahomes 2/20/21 ❤️.”
Congratulations to them both.
