Patrick Bamford believes it is too early for him to be called up to the England squad.
The striker has been in fine form for Leeds United, scoring in the Whites' opening three matches.
It has led to some fans calling for the 27-year-old to be called up to Gareth Southgate's England squad.
Yet, speaking to LUTV, Bamford said he is not focussing on an England call-up just yet.
He said: "Do you know what? I don't want to think about it.
"Obviously it would be a dream come true but my mates have been winding me up about it saying I'm going to get called up.
"They can't call me up for scoring three goals so, for me, I've got to replicate what I did in those first three games over the next four games.
"Then, hopefully, fingers crossed we'll see what happens in November."
Bamford has returned to Thorp Arch after some time off during the international break.
Whilst he admits it is strange to see the training ground so quiet due to international call-ups, he believes it is a sign of his teammates' good work.
He said: "To be fair we had a couple of days off so we've come back in today and had double gym and running like normal after a few days off.
"There was only six of us out there so it was a bit different but I think we've got used to it.
"At the start of the season we had the international break so we're used to more players going away.
"It's testament to how well the lads have done that everyone's getting called up."
