Former Manchester United player Patrice Evra has backed England to win the European Championship in a typically unorthodox style.
Evra was a firm United fan favourite across his eight-year career at Old Trafford and he's continued to endear himself to supporters after his retirement with his larger-than-life character and whacky social media antics, which often go viral.
The Frenchman has sometimes been found doing punditry on television since hanging up his boots, but he's now delivered his verdict on England's Euro 2020 campaign in a now characteristically joking manner, releasing a video on social media wearing a Three Lions shirt.
In the video, Evra backs England to clinch Euro 2020 glory after pointing out it's been a long time between trophies for the nation.
"It's Monday! Evra has been waiting for so long," Evra jokes on the video.
"Last time England won a trophy, even the dinosaurs were still alive. So, come on chaps, you can do this. Come on!
What did you make of Evra's video? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
"Are you ready? Go on England! Go on England! It's coming home! It's coming home! Fish and chips!"
England are set to play Denmark at Wembley in the semi-final of Euro 2020 after beating Ukraine 4-0 in the quarter-finals on Saturday, a game in which United's representatives, in particular Luke Shaw, sparkled and emphatically delivered in Rome.
If England prevail against the Danes, they'll play either Spain or Italy on Sunday, 11 June at Wembley and it's planned that fixture will welcome more than 60,000 fans.
