Pather mum-of-two thrills children by giving her house a spooky makeover for Halloween

Mum of two Siobhain Mavin went all out to decorate her home this Halloween.

The Pather mum decorated her entire home in Rannoch Drive for trick or treaters on Thursday night, much to the delight of her two sons.

Marcus, 10, and Jack, 8, had bragging rights as the coolest house on the street.

Siobhain said: “It’s taken most of 2019 to collect the decorations for the house.

“There is actually over 200 items. There is coffins all around my house and a sarcophagus in my bathroom.

“The front garden is decorated like a circus, with a tent and zoo decorations.”

Marcus, Siobhain’s son, suffers from Albinism and is partially blind.

She said: “We do all this for him, he loves it.

“We were working on the house for the entire day before.

“My friend Stephanie helped me for the most part and we were at it for hours and hours.

“For the kids coming, we have games and candy-floss machines. The trick-or-treaters can win prizes and have a great time.

“I am really proud of how it looks and hope that people who come to the door have a fun and unique experience.”
