New rights for fathers are provoking arguments - as always there's plenty on what needs to happen and little on who's going to pay for it.
I'm in favour of everyone getting a fair hearing when it comes to paternity and rights, and I'm sure many business owners are the same. I do wonder how many fewer people will get hired as a result of people fearing the red tape attached to personnel in addition to those who have already been taken on.
