Pat Sajak accidentally gave away a final ‘Wheel of Fortune’ puzzle but no one noticed

This happened last week on Wheel of Fortune, but it’s so mind-blowing that I have to bring it to your attention after I just saw it.

Here’s the situation: As a contestant was trying to solve the final puzzle — a phrase, _ _ _ TE / _RAN_L_ — host Pat Sajak uttered, “Well, I’d rather be standing here than there, quite frankly.”

Here’s the twist: the puzzle was … QUITE FRANKLY.

That’s right, Sajak gave it all away. But the contestant didn’t notice (and why would he? At that moment he’s concentrating SO hard on trying to fill in those letters and win a big bonus prize), so it was no big deal.

But it made for this wild video:

Oh my. Quite frankly, I’m shocked.
